We have received the instruments, had them professionally tuned, and begun holding introductory rehearsals during the school day as we await final approval of our official club paperwork. The students have been incredibly excited to strap on the harnesses, secure the drums, pick up their sticks, and bring the rhythms to life.\r\n\r\nBeginning in March, the drum line will meet weekly after school, providing students with an engaging and dynamic extracurricular activity that supports their physical, mental, and social growth. By next fall, our goal is to have a fully developed ensemble ready to perform at school football games and other community events.\r\n\r\nPlease know that your generous financial contribution will continue to make a lasting difference in the lives of many future classes of Monroe students.
