In music, Ms. Russo has an incentive system wherein classes that meet expectations can earn a note on the scale (\"do,\" \"re, \"mi\"). The curtains, curtain rods and fans have already made a huge difference in our classroom. Due to the huge amount of sunlight that my classroom gets, it becomes very hot. This happens all year, no matter the temperature outside. The curtains have made my small group area much cozier and has helped to deflect some of the heat from the sun. We are uanble to permanently attach anything to the windows, so using the curtain rods we were able to hang the curtains. \r\nThe fans have made the biggest difference. The students used the 1\"x1\"x1\" cubes to build rectangular prisms so they were able to literally see the number of one-inch cubes needed build a prism.
