Even before the items are here, I can already see their learning come alive through their questions, curiosity, and eagerness.\r\n\r\nThe refrigerator and air fryer will do so much more than store food or cook meals—they will open doors to independence and confidence. With the refrigerator, my students will learn how to safely store and organize their food, a daily life skill that gives them responsibility and pride. With the air fryer, they will experience the full process of cooking: starting from scratch, following steps in order, measuring carefully, and finally sharing something they created themselves. These hands-on experiences build not only sequencing and fine motor skills, but also self-esteem and joy.\r\n\r\nWhat makes my students truly special is their spirit. Though they face challenges as nonverbal learners with autism, they never give up. They are curious, determined, and full of light. When I see their smiles, their excitement, and the pride in their accomplishments, it fills our classroom with energy and hope.
