The repetition and familiarity had led to boredom, and as a result, motivation to participate and progress had decreased. With the new materials I was able to purchase, I've seen a complete turnaround in their engagement. They are now excited to come to their sessions, interact more willingly, and are more motivated to complete their speech work. The variety and freshness of the content have reignited their enthusiasm for learning and therapy.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, I used part of the funding to purchase reinforcements—small, motivating rewards—that serve as positive incentives for students who complete their tasks efficiently. These reinforcements have been particularly effective, especially for students who thrive with structured motivation. It's heartening to see the pride and excitement on their faces when they achieve their goals and earn their reward.\r\n\r\nPerhaps most importantly, this gift has allowed me to better differentiate my lessons. I now have materials that are culturally and linguistically appropriate for my bilingual students, as well as resources that are accessible and meaningful for students with a variety of learning needs. It's incredibly rewarding to know that I can meet each student where they are, and help them grow using tools that speak directly to them.\r\n\r\nI want to sincerely thank the donors who made this possible.
