These books will be used for our Classroom Library and Independent Reading Projects that will help students learn to decode and comprehend text. They will also be incorporated with our Social Studies and Science Curriculum for students to learn more through reading and writing, independently and as a class. These books will allow students to get to choose books of interest to them and use them across all subjects. These books will add more choice and opportunity for students to read more and learn more through their interests and curiosities. They will encourage students to have a variety of interests and to engage them in content that excites them.
