One of their favorite activities was creating mason jar aquariums. As they layered colors, arranged materials, and brought their \"underwater worlds\" to life, I saw students become calm, focused, and fully immersed in the process. These moments gave them a chance to express themselves, and feel proud of what they created.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, the students showed lots of excitement as they love engaging in hands on projects and activities. Students expressed how relaxing and enjoyable the project felt. It created a positive classroom environment where students felt calm and inspired.\r\n\r\nAs a class, we will continue to incorporate these sensory experiences into our daily routines. These materials are helping us build important skills like creative thinking. The students are not only learning but expressing themselves.
