They thrived using the models and were able to successfully complete the labs that were donated. This assisted them in recall recollection and application of skills that we were working on in class.\r\n\r\n Students were actively engaged and enjoyed working through each of the projects and labs. By completing the given models and labs and projects, students were able to have hands-on experience utilizing the materials necessary and value the experience. Myself and my students are grateful for your support and we look forward to continue using the products and models that were donated this year and in the future. Students especially enjoyed using the homeostasis kit as it allowed them to work with live organisms and treat them with a neurotransmitter that is also present in the human body. It was visual, stimulating and got the kids working together collaboratively. Thanks to your contribution, we were able to stock the store with meaningful items that motivate students to set goals, earn rewards, and develop responsibility.\r\nYour generosity allows us to teach practical skills in real-world scenarios. Students practice:\r\n\r\nSorting materials to organize inventory and keep the store neat.\r\nUsing the cash register to ring up purchases and understand transactions.\r\nBagging groceries to simulate customer service and workplace readiness.\r\nMaking change to strengthen math skills and financial literacy.\r\n\r\nEvery time they shop in the store, they are building confidence and independence—skills that will serve them well beyond the classroom.\r\nThank you for believing in our mission and investing in our students' future.
