As you know, your donations helped make our end of the year Megaskills Fair, an event where we celebrate a year of student writing and social emotional growth, possible. Due to your generosity, we were able to make our vision come to life for our students and they reveled in every moment of the celebration.\r\n\r\nAfter months of hard work on their megaskills learning and writing, classes assembled boards, binders, slideshows and other presentations to show off everything they learned. This work culminated in a day of celebration (with a fun carnival theme!) Students had the opportunity to admire the work they had done and celebrate the work of their classmates by touring the student work area. They were then able to celebrate with carnival games, a carnival themed sensory tent, arts and crafts and more. It has been over a month since the event and students are still asking when they can go back to the carnival! \r\n\r\nMore than a single day of celebration, you provided an opportunity for our diverse learners to celebrate their skills and growth. It means the world to them, to us (their teachers and service providers), and to their parents who ooh-ed and aah-ed over every image and video we shared. The carnival fun will continue into the summer as our summer school theme, so each and every donation will continue to be put to good use by enhancing joy in our classrooms. Thank you again for making this possible.","fullyFundedDate":1774963548064,"projectUrl":"project/celebrating-diverse-learners-a-day-at-t/10162622/","projectTitle":"Celebrating Diverse Learners: A Day at the Megaskills Fair","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Romanello","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-6_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/6807810"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_121342","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":null,"numTeachers":null,"percentFrplEligible":89,"percentAsian":33,"percentBlack":20,"percentWhite":16,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":20,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"US Census Data for the surrounding geographic area","percentHawaiianImputed":0,"percentMultiracialImputed":4,"gradesServed":"Not specified","studentTeacherRatio":null,"demographicsDataSource":"Census ZCTA","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"UNCLASSIFIED","ncesMetroType":null},"inStateSupporters":58.3,"schoolId":121342,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about PS23Q @ Lifeline on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"PS23Q @ Lifeline","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/new-york/district-75-city-wide-programs/ps23q-lifeline/121342"}
