We immediately took the shirts and vinyl and made club shirts. Due to the materials being donated, we were able to sell them for only $5/each.\r\n\r\nWe used the money from the shirt sale to fund our food for our end-of-the-year party. Pizza and soda were enjoyed by all.\r\n\r\nWe had such a successful fundraiser. It encouraged us to do it again this year. And that was fully funded as well! Everyday, students choose to sit in those seats over the normal desk chairs. The study hall students even take naps in them! \r\n\r\nThe candy lasted much longer than expected. I used it as an incentive for the students to put their phones in the \"phone vault\". Before the food, participation and use of the phone jail was quite infrequent. Adding the incentive helped a great deal. I have another active fundraiser to purchase more candy and snacks. If it isn't broken? My flexible seating options are in wide use now. The stools are a hit. The headphones are in use every day by my Reading Lab students. The journals are helpful for daily check-ins. The sticky note paper has been helpful in on-the-spot discussions and ratings.\r\n\r\nThe biggest impact has been the magnetic paint. I turned an old nonmagnetic chalkboard into a striking vocabulary/word wall. It really pops!\r\n\r\n\r\nYour contributions made this all possible. My classroom is considered one of the most relaxing yet productive.
