Our students are using their new book bins to organize their library- being able to find books that interest them quickly and orderly. Students have loved being able to fill out the labels and organize the books by genre. Our students were so excited to see the bins and all of the books that fit into our new library now! \r\n\r\nThe next steps for our classroom is to have students recommend new books and put them into the library. That way our library is constantly growing, changing and being updated by students. When students feel they have agency with the materials in the room, they are more likely to want to interact with them. Students are more than excited to interact with their library now! We read independently every day and this has made a huge difference.
