We have already used many of them especially the magic markers and the green colored paper. And to be able to take them outside onto the grass with blankets that don't let water come through. This can be a lifesaving thing for me as the teacher to get a break from indoors on those nice days, when the kids are distracted by the thoughts of being out their.\r\nThanks again for everything you have helped with. Because of you, my students now have access to flexible seating options like stools and pillows, which have truly changed the way we learn each day.\r\n\r\nWe use these new seating choices during independent work, small group collaboration, and hands-on STEM activities. One moment that stood out was during a recent project where students were working in teams to design solutions to a problem. Instead of being confined to desks, they spread out across the room—some sitting on pillows, others using stools at different tables. I noticed students were more focused, comfortable, and willing to collaborate. It created a calm but productive environment where students could choose what works best for them.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the new seating, they were beyond excited. There was an immediate buzz in the room, and they couldn't wait to try everything out. More importantly, they quickly began to take ownership of their learning by making thoughtful choices about where they work best.\r\n\r\nAs we move forward, students are continuing to build independence and self-awareness by selecting seating that helps them stay focused and engaged. We are also incorporating more student-led activities and group work, where this flexible environment allows for greater creativity, movement, and collaboration.\r\n\r\nYour support has made a meaningful difference in our classroom. You didn't just provide seating—you helped create a space where students feel comfortable, empowered, and ready to learn.","fullyFundedDate":1770828880972,"projectUrl":"project/flexible-and-focused/9866430/","projectTitle":"Flexible and Focused","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Aly","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9584310_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1720542596364","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9584310"},{"teacherId":5913914,"projectId":10051127,"letterContent":"It has been cold in South Jersey and so we have had ample oppurtunity to use the items you so thoughfully made it possible for us to acquire. It is amazing how much difference dry warm (if even room tempeture) socks are when kids are sitting in class. \r\n The cold has been so brutal in the mornings that hand warmers have been helping warm up freezing little hands.
