My students have many challenges with reading being one of the biggest. Students who struggle to read never really learn to love reading because it can be so difficult for them.\r\n\r\nHowever, I have found that by making reading a special event in my classroom, they now actually ask if they can read \"their\" books. My challenge this year was having enough books to meet the diverse reading levels of my students with stories that would engage them.\r\n\r\nWhen I mentioned your donation, they couldn't wait to have an opportunity to check them out of our classroom library.
