Flexible seats will provide my students with a sense of ownership of their learning. Students will use flexible seats during independent reading, guided reading, and shared reading. Students will have the opportunity to choose when and where they would like to sit. Wobble chairs will be very beneficial for students who need to wiggle out their energy. The products I have selected are very important for my second grade students. My students will be more engaged and use their energy positively as they read! My project will impact the excitement of reading from my students because they will read their favorite book in English or Spanish in comfortable seats.
