This simple shift has made a powerful impact. Instead of sitting quietly and waiting for answers, students are now standing, discussing, problem-solving, and truly engaging with mathematics.\r\n\r\nOne of the most meaningful changes I've seen is in student confidence. Students who were once hesitant to participate are now contributing ideas, taking risks, and explaining their thinking to others. The vertical workspaces create a safe environment where mistakes are part of the learning process, not something to fear.\r\n\r\nCollaboration has also improved tremendously. Students are learning how to communicate mathematically, listen to different perspectives, and build on each other's ideas. They are no longer focused on just getting the \"right answer\"—they are focused on understanding the process.\r\n\r\nAcademically, this shift has led to deeper understanding. Students are retaining concepts longer and applying them more effectively because they are actively involved in discovering the math, rather than passively receiving it.\r\n\r\nBeyond math skills, your donation has helped my students develop critical life skills: perseverance, teamwork, and problem-solving. These are skills they will carry with them far beyond my classroom.\r\n\r\nThank you for believing in my students and investing in their success. Your support has made a lasting impact, and I am incredibly grateful.\r\n\r\nWith sincere appreciation,","fullyFundedDate":1767992757909,"projectUrl":"project/building-a-thinking-classroom/9986565/","projectTitle":"Building a Thinking Classroom","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Hernandez","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-6_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9348411"},{"teacherId":8127808,"projectId":9986553,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous gift.
