These materials will help my students practice their math and language skills in a fun way! Help provide a class set of the beloved children's book Flora and Ulysses. Flora and Ulysses will be a unique reading project that will end in a fun reading activity. Students will use the timers to help each other practice their timed fluency skills. They will read passages together in partners and take turns timing each other to check how many words they can read a minute. Fraction pieces will provide a tangible learning experience when we compare mixed numbers. Vocab flashcards will help our small groups strengthen their language skills! Thank you for building up our classroom and expanding these students' opportunities for learning.
