Each one of my students received brand new books and a pair of pajamas and socks. I wrapped them as a gift to take home right after our Winter break, as they didnt arrive before our break. So they now have a chance to get cozy in their PJ's and read at home. They were so excited to open their gift bags. I heard comments like \"Oh yay, I can read\" and \"Wow, you got me pj's\". Your support helped me give books, pajamas, and socks to all of my students to utilize at home.\r\n\r\nThis project is important to me as I found that there are many students who don't own books at home. Teaching online, during Covid, gave me the opportunity to peek inside the homes. When it was time for our \"read to self\" lessons, and I asked the students to pull out a book, some students said they did have any and some pulled out a magazine. Since then, I started doing this project to help reinforce reading at home and provide books to the students in need. Thank you again.","fullyFundedDate":1735841152250,"projectUrl":"project/read-to-succeed-at-an-early-age/8912976/","projectTitle":"Read to Succeed at an Early Age","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Tiffanie","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7570784_orig.jpg?crop=720,720,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1659733493570","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7570784"},{"teacherId":4508413,"projectId":4206606,"letterContent":"Your donations have allowed my students to be able to craft and grow their brains.
