Rather than expecting every student to learn the same way, I can offer different strategies that help them feel comfortable, confident, and engaged.\r\n\r\nThe social-emotional workbooks, mindfulness resources, feelings-based games, and art supplies give students meaningful opportunities to explore their emotions, practice coping strategies, strengthen communication skills, and build positive relationships. Through hands-on activities, creative expression, and guided discussions, students learn that all feelings are okay and that they can develop healthy ways to respond to challenges.
