They are so excited to be able to use them to practice their spelling words, show their math work, and perfect their handwriting. They display extra motivation while writing on their whiteboards and enjoy having a different way to learn. \r\n My students use their personal white boards multiple times a week. The portable and adjustable classroom white board is also wonderful for first graders. They love that is goes down low enough for them to write on without a stool. As a teacher, I love that we can collect information on the portable white board as a class when we are on the carpet but when we head to our seats we can move the board so the students can see the information there as well. They were so excited to be able to collect all of their best pieces of work all in one place. They displayed extra motivation while writing and illustrating in their journals, they were so excited to take them home to show their families. \r\n My students journaled in their new journals almost daily. They challenged themselves to write more detailed sentences and work hard to make their illustrations colorful!
