My goal is the get students out of their seats and engaged in learning through active play. They will be able to experiment by seeing, touching, and feeling items used in the sensory table. This table is versitile and servers many of the ways students learn, such as visual, and tactile. One thing I have learned as a teacher is that learning needs to be fun. I like to trick my students into learning. Actities such as math games using a light table suddenly become exciting instead of a boring task.
