The Dewar flask especially will help our students internalize lessons on changes in states of matter. The Dewar allows transport of liquid nitrogen which can be used in several really fun phenomenon based experiments. The cloud chamber is another phenomenon based instrument which will allow our kids to SEE subatomic particles' trails. Lastly, the 30% peroxide makes the best \"elephant's toothpaste\", a fun experiment showing a decomposition reaction. These mats have provided a safe space where students can comfortably allow their bodies to relax and receive the sensory input they need. \r\nThe students were all so excited when they saw the new mats, they couldn't wait for them to be in place so they could try them out. Now, they are eager to take care of the mats, ensuring they stay in great condition. It's wonderful to see how much they value this new addition to our sensory room.\r\nAs a school we will continue to work together to seek out sensory activities and items that help our students regulate and focus to the best of their abilities in the classroom. I am committed to continually providing sensory resources that support out students' unique needs. These thoughtfully provided items have truly made a difference in the lives of our students as they navigate the sometimes challenging transition into adolescence. By including these products in our classes, we are not only teaching valuable health and hygiene practices but also fostering confidence and self-care during this pivotal stage of their development.\r\n\r\nThe availability of these products has been a tremendous resource for our students. Many of them have expressed appreciation for having access to essentials that help them feel prepared and cared for during this phase of their growth. Beyond the classroom, we have also been able to support students in need by offering these products discreetly, ensuring that no child feels left out or unprepared. This extra level of care has reinforced a positive and inclusive environment, which is vital for their emotional and social well-being.\r\n\r\nOn behalf of our school community, I want to extend our sincere thanks for your generosity and thoughtfulness. These products are more than just items—they are tools that help our students feel supported and valued. We are grateful for your commitment to empowering and equipping our students as they embark on this new chapter of their lives.
