In order to conserve limited resources, I planned to use the old printer until it completely quit or ran out of toner. A few days ago paper jammed and tore apart in the old printer so it was finally time to retire it!\r\n\r\nThe new printer is unboxed, plugged in, and ready for our IT department to fully set it up. I have already been asked several times if the new printer is ready to go. As they manipulated the Geo-legs, they began to naturally discover the triangle inequality theorem on their own. \r\nStudentswill be designing their own geometric figures on peg boards and calculate area, perimeter, and angle measures, then explain their reasoning to classmates.
