At the start of every school year, we take time to learn about one another. We learn about our students' families, including their parents' or grandparents' countries of origin. We also spend time learning about the students themselves and what makes them special. This is where your contribution has been especially helpful.\r\n\r\nThe book The Best Part of Me has helped my students think and write about the best part of themselves. It has provided a meaningful way for them to express their ideas and celebrate themselves.\r\n\r\nAlthough school just began last week and we have not yet had the opportunity to open and use all of the resources, my students were already excited when I read the book to them. They were eager to write about the best part of themselves. They were especially happy to have markers and crayons available for drawing and coloring.\r\n\r\nYour contribution has already helped create an engaging and welcoming learning experience for my students.
