One of my favorite moments was watching them smile, laugh, and proudly show their items to their classmates. The celebration felt even more meaningful because the students knew it was done just for them.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the rewards, their faces lit up with excitement. They were smiling, cheering, and asking if the items were really for them. Many of them said they were happy that someone appreciated them and wanted to show that they deserved a celebration. That moment meant so much to my class because it made them feel noticed, valued, and cared for. When the students first saw the pom poms, the room filled with cheers, wide smiles, and pure joy. Many of them have never had official cheer equipment before, so simply holding their own pom poms made them feel proud and part of something special. Even with limited space, we've introduced basic motions and chants in the classroom so students can begin building coordination and confidence while we eagerly await our return to the gym.\r\n\r\nOnce construction is complete, we plan to fully integrate the pom poms into our spring practices and upcoming school events. Our next steps include choreographing complete routines, refining timing and formations, and preparing for spring performances that showcase school spirit and teamwork. The students are especially excited about the opportunity to perform at spring assemblies and community events. From having the find activities for my subject and using my own money for all of them, to buying some essentials supplies and running out of money om my state EEF card, I have been having to make decisions in regards of my own financial aspects to having to decide what my students deserve. That is a choice that was hard to choose from especially when all I wanted was the best for my students. \r\n\r\nBecause of your generous support, you are providing me a peace of mind in ensuring my classroom is stocked with essentials. Cleaning supplies to help ensure my class is disinfected from illnesses to the markers I will be using to help teach my students Without your support, I would be struggling to find ways to make my room a better learning space. \r\n\r\nAfter seeing the boxes come in, my students were curious and shocked that supplies were being supplied. After explaining the project, they were more than grateful for the supplies and new materials.
