Our library area is cozy and the books fantastic. It's great to see kids in the beanbag chairs reading. The kids were so engaged. I have included photos of two of the projects we have completed thus far.\r\n\r\nThe first one involved print making in connection with our study of the invention of the printing press as an impetus to innovation and the spread of ideas during the Renaissance. The students developed an understanding of the printing process and had a bast. Because they could make multiple prints, the students began exchanging prints with each other to collect sets. One student exclaimed he was going to do this more at home.\r\n\r\nThe other project we used the materials for was to make a blizzard book to hold greek root trading cards we made.
