The walking pad, alternative seating, fidgets, and brain break materials have given students meaningful choices for managing their energy and maintaining focus throughout the school day. Students have been able to move while working, take purposeful brain breaks, and use sensory tools when they need additional support. These resources have helped make movement a natural and productive part of our classroom rather than something that takes students away from learning.\r\n\r\nThe impact has been especially noticeable during days when weather prevents outdoor recess. Instead of carrying that unused energy and frustration into the classroom, students now have structured ways to move, reset, and refocus. I have seen students return to their work with greater readiness and engagement, and many have become more aware of the strategies that help them regulate themselves and participate successfully in learning.\r\n\r\nMost importantly, these resources have helped create a classroom where students feel that their individual needs are understood and supported. They have learned that needing movement or sensory input does not mean they are unable to learn—it means they may need a different strategy to access their learning. I am incredibly grateful to the donors who made this possible. My 1st grade students were so excited to see the eggs in the incubator, and for 21 days straight, someone asked, \"Are the chicks hatching today?\"\r\n\r\nWhen 8 chicks finally hatched, the room filled with excitement, wonder, and a lot of happy squeals. The students were amazed to watch the chicks peck their way out of the shells and begin exploring the world around them. As we learned about the life cycle of a chicken, the chicks quickly became part of our classroom family. The students eagerly helped name each chick as it hatched, making the experience feel even more personal and memorable.\r\n\r\nThis project brought science to life in a way that no worksheet or video ever could. Your generosity gave my students a hands-on learning experience they will remember for years to come.
