We are very intentional with our supplies, the black folders are used to house our behavior calendar that provide parents with a snapshot of their child's day for reflection and discussion as well as various flyers, events and student work. We utilize the blue folder for homework that is distributed weekly. We created norms and expectations with our materials which helps my students develop life skills with time management, responsibility, reduce stress and anxiety trying to locate documents as well as build independence. \r\n\r\nThe copy paper and color stock paper are so vital and used daily to create guided writing paper, spelling test, math task, flyers, stamina charts and flash cards. We engage in various reading activities daily, our curriculum does provide the stories but they need to be printed. To maximize time and supplies, we generated independent reading workbook containing all of the stories! Also created various leveled comprehension workbooks for student to practice identifying text evidence to answer questions. \r\n\r\nThe colorful, bubble-shaped dry erase mats are a huge motivational boost! They love demonstrating their math skills and solving problems more so on the mats than the workbook! Your support has truly help me to provide necessary materials and support for my students to function with success on a daily basis within our class community.","fullyFundedDate":1755713088207,"projectUrl":"project/keep-it-together/9555895/","projectTitle":"Keep It Together!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Neal","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp255644_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1657570315976","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/ms-neal1stgrade"},{"teacherId":255644,"projectId":8977942,"letterContent":"Your generosity has removed barriers to my students acquisition of skills.
