My lower elementary students are learning to dribble and control the basketball. While my upper elementary students are working on improving their dribbling while also working on their shooting skills. \r\nThey were all very excited when I told them about the new equipment. Many of them were excited that they would have more opportunity to participate and not have to wait as long for their turn. The new equipment has created an opportunity to set up stations and allow the students to work on various skills through out the class. \r\nMy older students are now able to use some of the supplies to keep their equipment clean. They have been able to wipe down machines after using them. They are learning the importance of keeping their weight room clean and learning to be responsible for their equipment.
