When I opened the box, my students' eyes immediately lit up. They were so excited to see the variety of fun prizes they could work toward earning. It instantly boosted motivation in our classroom, and students began reminding each other to stay on task so they could earn points toward a reward. Your support has helped create a positive, encouraging environment where effort and responsibility are celebrated daily.\r\n\r\n The squishy stress balls have already made a meaningful impact during lessons. I have several students who benefit from having a quiet, hands-on tool to help them regulate their energy and stay attentive. During independent reading and math practice, I've seen students use the stress balls appropriately while remaining fully engaged in their work. One student in particular, who often struggles to sit still during whole-group instruction, was able to participate and stay focused throughout an entire lesson while using their stress tool. It was such a powerful moment to witness.\r\n\r\n As we continue into our next units in reading and math, these resources will remain an important part of our classroom routines. Students are setting personal academic and behavior goals tied to earning incentives, and we are building stronger self-regulation skills with the help of the stress tools. Your generosity has not only provided materials—it has strengthened our classroom community and helped my students feel supported, motivated, and proud of their growth. Thank you for investing in our learning journey.","fullyFundedDate":1769191973697,"projectUrl":"project/classroom-supplies/10019583/","projectTitle":"Classroom Supplies","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Hendricks","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-3_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10395844"},{"teacherId":7834889,"projectId":9926098,"letterContent":"Thank you for donating money to help us buy items for our prek kiddos! We are a program in the inner city, and many of our students cannot enjoy an hour playing outside in the winter due to inappropriate clothing. The biggest needs are boots and waterproof mittens. Due to monetary restraints we chose to provide some warm wool socks and toe warmers to keep feet warm, along with several packs of waterproof mittens. The kiddos who will benefit from these will receive them on an \"as needed\" basis to ensure those that NEED them, get them.
