Our school participates in the Accelerated Reader program which is an amazing program which focuses on motivating students and rewarding them for their reading accomplishments. Due to this program and our schools reading push, our students are devouring books during their Independent Reading time. Independent Reading time is a special time where students learn to choose books at an independent level. Since students are so eager for many different types of books and various levels, our classroom library is very large. It will benefit students to have an easy, manageable, and organized library that saves space in an already crowded classroom.
