Our students began painting the canvas earlier this week and the excitement about our show is really setting in. In the past we have used heavy background pieces with plywood for our backdrop. However, with this show we face the challenge of reseting the palace and market several times throughout the show. Our new lightweight flats will make this much safer and easier for our students to succeed! Most recently we're we able to successfully produce 3 performances incorporating our new microphones this past December! The biggest performance that utilized these new microphones was our performance of Alice in Wonderland. Our students were so excited to use the new microphones and the addition of wireless microphones allowed for us to be more fully immersed in the world of wonderland. \r\nBeyond our performance the addition to microphones to our inventory has helped all of our fine arts programs. Microphones have been implemented into our daily classroom to allow for students to hear instructional commentary while continuing to play, allowing them to make the most of our instructional time.
