My pupils, especially the youngest, are exploring their creativity in their early stage of life, developing sense of confidence as part of their growing mindset. Many of my kids have few opportunities to express their feelings, ideas, and creativity at home. The art classroom turned into the main space for children to experience art making. My 5th graders are learning the values of hues by blending primary and secondary colors with black or white. As a result, my little artists recognize and can create tints, shades and tones.\r\nPlease, take a look at the photographs of our artwork made in class for the first 2 months of school.
