It's because of your generosity I have been able to set my classroom and students up to be more successful. \r\n\r\nThe binders have not only been a great tool for what I intended them to be; a resources binder where students have handouts and models of students work/expectations but these tools have also shown me how much they have helped students with executive functioning. I'm not going to lie. The first day was a disaster as I started passing materials out thinking students would be able to get the binder set up and boy was I shocked. The amount of time and explanation of who, what, where, when, why and how to set these up were astronomical but we are doing better each time we go to add new material. \r\n\r\nIt's also been wonderful seeing those students who are more adept at setting themselves up when they step over and help their neighbor who is still lost. When it comes to the accountability aspects, it's starting to click for some as they ask if they can use their binder materials.
