It truly helped create a sense of community and belonging in our classroom.\r\n\r\nWe are using the space during close reads, literature discussions, independent reading, and collaborative activities tied to our ELA curriculum. As we continue through the school year, students will use this shared reading space while analyzing novels, participating in partner discussions, and practicing comprehension and annotation strategies together. My students absolutely love being able to choose a comfortable seat while they work on their coding projects. Instead of sitting in uncomfortable chairs, they now have flexible seating options that help them relax, collaborate, and let their creativity soar!\r\n\r\nThe floor chairs have been especially helpful during our Sphero robot activities. Students can comfortably sit on the floor near their robots while they code, allowing them to easily test, observe, and adjust their programs in real time.\r\n\r\nThe tables have made the biggest impact on our classroom environment. Our learning setup changes constantly — sometimes students work collaboratively in groups, sometimes independently, and sometimes we need open floor space for hands-on activities. These tables make those transitions quick and seamless. I can easily unlock the wheels and move the tables into place within moments, saving valuable instructional time and creating a much more flexible learning space. The incredible and thoughtful donations helped me, personally, thwart illnesses during my recovery from a kidney donation. Post-op would have been much more challenging, and I would have been much more hesitant to return to the classroom had it not been for the germ-fighting hygienic products you so generously gifted my classes. \r\n\r\nDonors like you are so incredibly appreciated in the realm of education these days. Your donation, believe it or not, was the key to starting my year without stress. Because I was bedridden for several weeks at a time in between energy depletions, I knew going out to get supplies was not an option. Materials to open a classroom were already taken care of and accounted for so that set up, distribution, storage, and availability was pre-planned and ready to go before the students even arrived. \r\n\r\nYour donation helped me to plan and prepare for almost 300 students' return to school. The refreshment in general helped me to eliminate old and used materials that wouldn't work in our environment this year.
