The sticker incentives have also been a huge motivator — students are earning them for positive behavior, effort, and teamwork, and they are so proud to choose one to add to their folders or water bottles. When the students first saw the materials, they were excited and grateful. Several students quietly shared how helpful it was to have these items available at school.\r\n\r\nBecause of your generosity, students are able to focus on learning at school instead of worrying about things they may not have access to at home. We are continuing to strengthen our classroom community by reinforcing responsibility and goal-setting through our incentive system.
