These chair pockets will help keep my students focused. Currently, all of their books and folders are on their tables in front of them which is very distracting. Five year olds have a very short attention span to begin with so imagine what it is like with the extra distractions. I work very hard on teaching my students to be organized and prepared. Having the chair pockets will allow students to focus more on instruction than their materials in front of them. They will also be able to have their books available at all times. They would be used daily for their journal storage and the reading books.
