My students were beyond thrilled to see the new items for us. First of all, they loved the candy and were so motivated and excited to receive it as an extra reward! I even had students volunteering to help clean my classroom so they could get a sweet treat!\r\n\r\nThey also love the lights. Students really respond well to a positive vibe in the classroom. The lights provide a chill atmosphere that keeps even the most hyperactive sixth grader a little more relaxed and ready to learn. \r\n\r\nI have been using the bins you donated to help organize my classroom library, but they had an unexpected use the other day— to hold some paper airplanes my classes were creating for a project! Students were incredibly excited about the competition I was hosting, and it just goes to show how valuable it is to have resources while teaching. You never know what will come up.\r\n\r\nFinally, students have become truly obsessed with my new pencil sharpener. I have it by my desk and have students lining up to use it during class.
