Because of your support, our library now has matching book bins, clearly labeled and color-coded to help students easily find fiction and nonfiction. The transformation is incredible!\r\n\r\nWhen the boxes were delivered, the classroom was buzzing with excitement. I explained to the students that our project was funded by kind and generous donors, and they were amazed that people they had never met wanted to help them learn and grow. As soon as the library was organized, students were eager to choose books for their in-class and take-home book bags. The new, inviting setup has already made reading feel even more special.\r\n\r\nI truly appreciate your support for our classroom and our young readers. This library \"facelift\" has made a huge difference in our space, and most importantly, in our students' enthusiasm for reading. Thank you for helping put books into children's hands and nurturing their love of reading.","fullyFundedDate":1762181871536,"projectUrl":"project/help-us-build-a-love-for-reading/9781415/","projectTitle":"Help Us Build a Love for Reading!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Alicia Lipin","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-7_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/6728132"},{"teacherId":3231297,"projectId":9594297,"letterContent":"As the boxes of goodies began arriving, our students were absolutely captivated by each new surprise. We started with the beautiful playing cards you so kindly donated. They have become a classroom favorite for games like Tens Go Fish, Trash, and Place Value War. The plastic sleeves you provided have been perfect for protecting our printed games such as Bump and other place value activities. Students love using dry-erase markers to play and replay their favorite games — it makes learning both fun and engaging!\r\n\r\nThe excitement continued with every new delivery. The mesh bags have made it easy to store our games, so students can grab and play during free moments. The magnetic hooks have helped us stay organized and tidy — a big win in a busy second-grade classroom! You should have seen their faces light up when the new paint arrived. We haven't used it yet, but it will be featured in our Holidays Around the World unit. I can already imagine their crafts and keepsakes turning out beautifully.\r\n\r\nYour generous donations have truly sparked joy, learning, and curiosity in our classroom. Who knows where their imaginations will take them next? Our theme for November is gratitude, and we are endlessly thankful for the experiences you've helped make possible.
