What a way to start off the school year. The kids have used these boards during math, with partners, and during our study of rivers. The most success that we have had using the boards has been during out math block. The boards are perfect for drawing out the work the kids need to do to solve multiplication equations. They are still at the stage where 5x2 requires a drawing of five cookies with two chocolate chips on each cookie.
