At our elementary school we are using an AI program called AMIRA. With this program every student in our school is able to read one-on-one with a reading tutor every day. The headphones that you provided helped with this implementation. A classroom teacher would never be able to find the time in a day to listen to every one of their students read a passage and give active feedback to help them become a stronger reader, however, with the headphones you provided we are able to do just that with all of our students. We've saw tremendous growth with our students in reading, and you are a part of that now. Thanks so much for investing in our students.","fullyFundedDate":1746649229817,"projectUrl":"project/headphones-for-reading-success/9038824/","projectTitle":"Headphones for Reading Success!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Petrey","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp4181925_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1568563254321","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/4181925"},{"teacherId":4181925,"projectId":7576311,"letterContent":"I want to thank you for the gift care to Teachers Pay Teachers. I love being able to look through the thousands of resources that other teachers have created for their classrooms and shared out and choose what works best for my classroom. Your donation was two fold, it was a tremendous help to me and in turn helps the teacher who created it also. A lot of the resources that I get from Teachers Pay Teachers are for my center groups to help individualize instruction for my students and help keep them engaged. I also used the funds to help purchase materials to make their kindergarten experience more memorable. The pictures posted show an activity from Teachers Pay Teachers that we used for the 100th day. There are so many resources available to us through the power of technology now. Most of these resources need to be printed though. I use a lot of these resources in my center groups, as activities to keep my students engaged in learning. If the resources were not protected through lamination we would get one use out of them before they were destroyed and have to be reprinted. With the ability to laminate them they can last for years. Classroom after classroom can use these resources.
