The struggles we have been facing have illuminated and increased the need for open minds towards diversity. As change continues to occur in our communities, country, and world, students will need varied opportunities to see that our ideas of diversity change and expand as well. School libraries are provided with budgets to buy books but it never seems to stretch far enough.
