They were so excited when we opened our items that had been available because of people like you! Without your support and attention to students we would not have had this opportunity. We are so incredibly grateful for these gifts! \r\n Rekenreks and 10 frames supported my students by building strong number sense through hands-on counting, organizing, and visualizing quantities. These activities helped students better understand numbers and develop confidence in their math skills. Our alphabet tubs allowed students to explore various items that they could relate to in the real world. One that is filled with so much new content. Many topics our students and families had never learned about. When thinking about these new topics, I knew it would be difficult trying to create and provide students with engaging lessons. In the beginning of the year, I spent countless hours adding visuals, creating activities and finding homework lessons that would support what we were learning in class. With your donation, my students are getting that plus more. As a class we have been able to connect our learning with science and social studies in a much deeper way. My students are more engaged than ever before. What they are learning in class they are able to discuss with their families at home. I have seen a spike in their engagement with collaboration with their peers.
