I am able to color code assignments to support students learning. This has really made a difference in their attention and learning. They know that they can use the purple boxes, for example, to help them answer a question. I have been able to digitally highlight text and print it out for students as well as color code different text features. \r\nMy students have expressed how much this change has helped them learn and get things done. This week we had a PreK and Kindergarten Winter Concert where they used props from our Donors Choose Projects. We also named our donors on the back of the program so they know how generous they have been to our school!\r\n\r\nWe also had a donuts and rock band event where our 5th grade rock band taught our administrators and parents how to play ukulele! They were such great mini teachers! We also concluded our card and board game club by playing Monopoly Jr and Sorry. Now we are on Christmas break and our classroom is getting a deep clean. We are so grateful for our Donors Choose donors. Thank you so much for helping an inner city fine arts program. It makes my life and my classroom flow so much easier when everything has a place. This classroom is becoming more like my own every day!
