They provide a foundation for learning about the journey from seed to harvest, responsible resource use, and different ways communities can produce fresh food. Alongside agricultural knowledge, these learning opportunities support teamwork, responsibility, observation, and problem-solving.\r\n\r\nAs a teacher, having these resources allows me to move beyond pictures and explanations and bring the subject directly into the classroom.
