Before the students even arrived for the new school year, I had numerous colleagues walk into the room and exclaim over how beautiful it was! One colleague said, \"Your students and parents are going to think this is stunning! It's so beautifully put together. They will be amazed by how special and intentional it is!\" And on Back to School Night, they did!\r\n\r\nNow that we're three and a half weeks in, I can tell you with absolute certainty that my students LOVE all of our flexible seating options! They are able to choose new seats each Monday, and the new cantilever chairs are one of THE most popular options! Not only are kids getting to sit in comfortable seats that allow them some movement, this has helped our giant class of 31 students to get to know new people and make new friends each week. There are still some students who are working on learning the names of all of their new classmates, so getting the opportunity to sit with different peers each week is helping to connect second graders with third graders in such a fun and engaging way! \r\n\r\nI will truly be forever grateful for your support of my classroom and my students!
