The location of the calming corner is in the grade school social worker's room, which is a perfect spot for the students who want to utilize this! The big comfy chair is a hit with students of all ages, the pea-pod helps our sensory students daily, we have word searches, sudokus, and coloring books to help regulate emotions. These are all on the white cart that can easily roll around the room. My favorite part is the sensory board! This can help students calm down and give them something to take their minds off the stressful part of the day.
