Your generosity means that my students have the materials necessary to be successful in the classroom each and every day. Many of my students do not have the specific materials they need to support their learning, such as folders to organize their works and writing utensils to complete their homework. This leads them to either go without these important supplies, or hope that one of their teachers has extra materials and is willing to share. Thankfully, your donations have ensured that the students in my classes have access to these vital tools for learning and can better participate in their classes. In addition, your donations have supported the creation of a hygiene station in my classroom. Students now have access to basic hygiene supplies, such as hair ties, chapstick, deodorant, and feminine products should they need them. No student should have to worry about a lack of access to these necessities while at school. Finally, your donations funded snacks for students who might need a pick-me-up throughout the school day!\r\n\r\nThe students were very excited when they learned about the donation of these supplies, especially the snacks and hygiene station! My students know that their teachers often have to use their own money to buy classroom materials, so they are always grateful for shared supplies. They are even more grateful when generous donors from the community are eager to support them as well! \r\n\r\nAgain, thank you for your willingness to support my students and public education in general.
