These already made a big impact with students as we've been back for 3 weeks now and we've used them twice. We use them for classroom discussions so everyone has a chance to be heard. \r\nSpecifically, we used them for career data and research. I researched various careers and students had to guess the associated salary, diploma or degree needed and skills needed. They got to talk with their desk partner and come up with an answer on their white board. The erasers worked great as they had to answer several questions during our Bell Ringer.\r\nMy old white boards were permanently stained and couldn't be erased. Students were able to write them to thank their job shadow mentors this semester. This is a life long skill that students will take with them long after graduation. We practiced this skill several times so students knew exactly how to format the cards so they looked professional.\r\nI greatly appreciate your support of providing supplies to my classroom as our district doesn't have a large budget for resources for teachers. This has made such a big difference in being able to display students projects all around our building. Students have created Woods projects, Marketing projects and built buildings all around our campus. The Cricut machine has allowed us to showcase these projects and assignments professionally so other students can see the work.\r\nStudents love seeing their work professional displayed throughout our building and it helps attract other students to the classes, which gives them hands on training in many areas. Our campus is filled with out buildings that students helped build and we can show their work in our main display case due to this great donation.\r\nAgain, thank you very much and we hope you know how useful the donation has been to our students.
