Students get the chance to use calculators to add up their practice monthly budgets including all of their expenses. It will be a good opportunity for them to learn these skills because they will hopefully be considering their budgets on a daily basis as adults. Personal finance has become a very important subject for high school students. They can practice being an adult in high school and gain the necessary skills for the 21st century. Managing money can be difficult for adults so hopefully students can learn while in high school.
