Many of my students benefit from audio support, and having reliable headphones has helped them feel more confident and independent while completing assignments and assessments. \r\n\r\nWhat excites my students most about headphones is having their own learning tool to use during class. They enjoy being able to fully participate in interactive programs, literacy activities, and educational games without struggling to hear or waiting to share equipment. Several students have especially warmed up to this new technology . Some quieter students who were previously hesitant during computer work are now more engaged and willing to participate independently. One student who often became overwhelmed during testing is now calmer and more focused while using the headphones. Another student who struggles with reading comprehension has shown excitement when listening to stories and directions because the headphones help them better understand the material. The beautiful bright punched letters were a great touch as well.\r\n\r\nThe large chart paper was used to help my students plan out their projects and support each other as a team. They use the chart paper to plan the design of the boards before they put the information together. It was a delight to see them working together as a team, planning their projects.\r\n\r\nThe thin sticky rolls of tape support my students when reading from the board and having it in sections makes it easy on the eyes. The tape removes from the board easily and this is great news.
