Being able to acquire a 3D printer is transforming the way my students learn and create. The printer is providing hands-on, project-based learning opportunities that connect academic concepts with real-world applications. \r\n\r\nIn research, one of my students has started to design nozzles to conduct sub-sonic thrust. In geography, I have been printing manipulatives to help students access hands-on materials to demonstrate and learn concepts. In college readiness, students have been printing team building games and prizes for up coming events.
